I came across Korean artist Sookyoung Hun's work at an exhibition in Nottingham in 2011. The piece was from her Core series. The technical aspects of the work are filled with challenges and Hun handles them like she was born with a camera in hand but the concept took my breath away. The work couldn't be lighter. Minimalist seems too shallow a word but dust with the mass of the sun screams a beating of life here. I can't tell you how much I wanted to walk out with the piece in hand. I will never forget it.
